This constitution was adopted at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Bishops Waltham Gardening Club held on August 23rd 2006 and amended on 24th January 2007

The association and its property will be administered and managed in accordance with the provisions in Parts 1 and 2 of this constitution.

Charity

Bishops Waltham Gardening Club became a registered charity on 22nd February 2007. The registration number is 1118069. The story of how we became a charity can be seen here.
